Booking Request<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Submitting the booking form on sonnenberg.sk constitutes a booking request only and does not automatically entitle the guest to accommodation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">A booking becomes binding only after it has been confirmed in writing by email by the accommodation provider and the required payment has been made within the specified period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-3\" style=\"color:#2f5948\">2. Prices and Payment Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">All prices shown are final. The operator is not registered for VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">All payments for the stay must be made in advance by bank transfer. Once the booking has been confirmed, the guest will receive an email stating the total price of the stay, payment details, the payment reference (variable symbol) and the due dates for the individual payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The guest must pay a booking deposit equal to 30% of the total price of the stay within 3 calendar days of receiving the booking confirmation and payment details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The remaining 70% of the total price must be paid no later than 7 calendar days before the scheduled arrival date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">If the booking is confirmed fewer than 7 days before arrival, the guest must pay 100% of the total price in a single payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">After the stay, the operator will issue the guest a final document for the total price of the stay, taking into account all payments received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">If the required payment is not credited to the specified account within the stated period, the accommodation provider may cancel the booking after notifying the guest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The operator is not registered for VAT. VAT is therefore not added to the prices shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-4\" style=\"color:#2f5948\">3. Meals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Meals are not included in the services provided. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchenette. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-5\" style=\"color:#2f5948\">4. Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The guest may cancel the booking in writing by email. The date on which the cancellation notice is received by the accommodation provider will be considered the cancellation date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">If the booking is cancelled:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">14 or more days before the scheduled arrival date, the guest will receive a refund of 100% of the booking deposit;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">13 to 7 days before arrival, the guest will receive a refund of 50% of the booking deposit;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">5 to 3 days before arrival, the guest will receive a refund of 20% of the booking deposit;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">fewer than 3 days before arrival, or in the event of a no-show, the booking deposit is non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">If the guest has also paid the remaining balance, any amount paid over and above the 30% booking deposit will be refunded upon cancellation. The applicable cancellation charge will be deducted from the booking deposit in accordance with the rules above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Any refund due will be transferred to the bank account from which the original payment was received, normally within 14 days of confirmation of the cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">If the stay is cancelled by the accommodation provider and no alternative date is agreed with the guest, the full amount paid will be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-6\" style=\"color:#2f5948\">5. Check-in and Check-out<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m., unless agreed otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Guests must vacate the accommodation by 1:00 p.m. on the day of departure, unless agreed otherwise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-7\" style=\"color:#2f5948\">6. Children and House Rules<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Children are welcome and must be supervised by a responsible adult throughout their stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the accommodation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Guests must behave considerately, comply with the house rules and take appropriate care to prevent damage to the property and its equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-8\" style=\"color:#2f5948\">7. Final Provisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">By submitting a booking request and ticking the relevant box in the booking form, the guest confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The accommodation provider reserves the right to amend these terms as reasonably necessary.
